Technical Cleanliness

„Prevention instead of Contamination“

The cleanliness requirements are becoming an increasingly important and vital quality characterisitc for technical assemblies. It is often not sufficient to observe only the technical parameters, but to preventively consider the complete supplier, assembly and process chain in terms of its risks. The success of being in control of processes subject to technical cleanliness requirements lies in identifying sources of contamination and the systematic prevention by reducing and preventing particle contamination from these sources in the series planning, series production, assembly and logistic processes.

TopQM-Systems successfully supports and audits companies in complying with these requirements:

  • ISO 16232 / VDA Part 19.1 (German: Technische Sauberkeit = TechSa)
  • VDA Part 19.2 (cleanliness of assembly)
  • Customer-specific company standards

TopQM-Systems analyses your complete process chain by means of a specially developed, tried and tested audit checklist.

Our Services:

  • Cleanliness audit (preparation, execution, postprocessing, reporting)
  • Weak point analysis along the complete process chain
  • Analysis of technical equipment
  • QM documentation according to PPAP / VDA PPF
  • Preventive measures to prevent contamination

TopQM-Systems has already carried out extensive reference projects and has experienced specialists at its disposal in the field of technical cleanliness. We look forward to discussing further details during a consultation without obligation.

TechSa Starter Pack „Basic Clean Check“

Technical cleanliness (German: Technische Sauberkeit = TechSa).

In colaboration with external accredited (ISO IEC 17025) laboratories we develop a foundation of base line data based on the information of our initial audit to determine the actual state of the situation.

Employed are:

  • Part analysis with report on contaminants
  • Particle traps with graphic depiction of surrounding conditions
  • Environment monitoring by means of the sedimentation index „Illig Value“
  • Particle stamp to analyze the circumscribed areas
  • Decay measurements to define the analysis parameters
